- ALHBA Link sharing: $150 per year: This service is defined as a link will be placed to a web address (provided by applicant and approved by ALHBA President or Vice President) and included in the member web link directory on the ALHBA website home page. This service is billed annually at a fee of $150.
- ALHBA Homepage Banner Ad’s: $100 pr month, 6 month min bundle: This service is defined as an advertisement banner to be located across the very top of the ALHBA website. This banner rotates up to 5 ads to draw attention and drive customers. Ad can be a message or logo and/or hyperlink to member site. The size of the ad will be 500 pixels X 100 pixels
- ALHBA Spec House Showcase: $150 per yr: This service is defined as the applicant’s inclusion to the “Spec House Showcase” site within the ALHBA website. This service consists of the ability to post, update, delete, and promote speculative houses and their details for public viewing within the ALHBA website. Details may include pictures, location, selling price, square footage, amenities. All houses listed must have been built by an ALHBA Builder member. The applicant or their agent will also be able to direct traffic to their own site provided they have subscribed to ALHBA link sharing. Upon approval of this application, the applicant or their agent will receive a communication from a member of the ALHBA web committee who will initiate them as to how to take full advantage of their subscription. The applicant will be issued a username and password with which to enter and modify listings. This service is billed annually at a fee of $150.
- ALHBA Subdivision guide: $150 per yr: This service is defined as the applicant’s inclusion to the “Subdivision Guide” site within the ALHBA website. This service consists of the ability to post, update, delete, and promote developments and their details for public viewing within the ALHBA website. Details may include pictures, location, selling price, square footage, amenities and maps. The applicant or their agent will also be able to direct traffic to their own site provided they have subscribed to ALHBA link sharing. Upon approval of this application, the applicant or their agent will receive a communication from a member of the ALHBA web committee who will initiate them as to how to take full advantage of their subscription.
